Well, that there is a bunch of horse $hit. Factually, it was almost certainly a lot closer to 93% for Trump than Biden, but most likely 60%-70% for Trump.
Even blacks didn’t vote 93% for Biden. If this isn’t fraud, then there’s no such thing and never has been in any context.
