They should have been up-front about the kind of minority they wanted so as not to waste the time of the wrong kind of minorities. In whatever way they communicated the openings, they should have just said, “(__________) candidates only.
What, they can’t say that? No, they’ll go through the motions of interviewing other minority candidates knowing full well that those candidates will never be considered.

I wanted to say, welcome to the party Mr. Chung. You are finding out the hard way that minority status is really for certain members of our African decent population (those still on the plantation) and definitely not folks of Latin, Asian (especially education) or whatever decent.
As for whites, forget it. These folks won’t be happy until white are excluded completely from everything or placed in ovens.

When the sports reporters complain about lack of "minority" NFL head coaches, they are not talking about Asian or Latino coaches...They are talking about black coaches...
