Amero may give access to the plaintiffs (VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff) to the physical mail-in ballots in Fulton County, which could show massive election fraud in GA during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and the follow-on runoff that decided control of the U.S. Senate for the Democrat Party, leading to full control of the American government.
In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case.

No, I don't agree in the least that the courts have authority to overturn a Presidential election, once those results are certified by Congress.
But before we get to step 2, removing Biden from office for fraud, we have to prove step 1, identifying the exact fraud that occurred. You and I both know it occurred, but neither of us can prove how and to what degree it occurred.

I'm sorry, but as much as I would like to, I cannot ignore the Constitution to gain an outcome I want, without expecting the other side to do likewise.
As I've said to others, the Constitution is clear on who has the authority to remove a sitting President, and it isn't the Courts.

I disagree. If it is determined in a court of law that the certification was based on fraud, then the imposter president isn't president, and the Impeachment and Removal clause shouldn't apply.

I'm using my Constitution meter, and it says if the President is removed from office or resigns, the Vice President assumes the Presidency.
If you're expecting the election to be nullified outright, Biden and Harris removed from office by the Supreme Court, and the election handed to Trump, then it is your logic meter that is on the fritz.
There is no authority given to the Supreme Court by the Constitution for such actions.
