Many people have wondered about who was responsible for the killing of Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol on January 6 but now even a Congressman is demanding answers.
Republican Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar is among those who want answers and he demanded them during a House Oversight and Reform Committee on Wednesday.
The representative asked former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen if any firearms were confiscated from the attendees at the pro-Donald Trump rally at the Capitol.

Has anyone or any group offered a reward for information on who the killer is? That could be an option on gaining information. Of course, it should require verification before handing over any money.

By who? Both the Capitol Police and the Department of Justice have ruled the shooting to be justified. No charges are going to be file.
I think this area is in the portion of the district of corruption that was ceded from Md. Place yourself in Md and someone breaks into your house, unarmed. You blast them to death. Wanna bet you get charged.
Police officer in literally any state in the nation shoots an unarmed suspect and the shooting is ruled justified? Happens all the time.

David Bailey is not the shooter. Note the height of the shooter in the murder video. The bracelet, that many pointed out in photos, doesn't match the one in the video. It's close, and may have been made by the same person, but it's different.
David Bailey did it.
Were you there? Were you a witness? Did the witnesses witness the shooting or the shooter? Two different things.
Have you ever heard a gun go off at close range, indoors? I can promise you that for most people it shocks the senses and they aren’t paying attention to much of anything. I could be wrong.
I don’t know who shot her? I’m just trying to keep an open mind as to who did. As horrible and disgusting as the incident is, we should all hope and pray that it is a Capitol cop and not someone else. Can you imagine if it wasn’t a Capitol cop? What happens if it was a member of Congress or staffer? How in the f*ck do they explain that given that the ME rules homicide? How does the ME rule homicide but the DOJ says no charges?
All I’m saying is everything is speculation. First it was the Bailey guy. Then some CPD Lieutenant.
The only people that know for sure are the person that pulled the trigger and the folks covering for him.
CPD has a blanket of protection over them, bestowed upon them by the very people they protect and who also treat them like sh*t.
I could be as wrong as any person could be. The shooter isn’t going to be charged per the DOJ. I’m just having a hard time believing that they’re covering this up, so earnestly, for a Capitol cop.
And you would go to jail for murder. Since when are you allowed to open fire on an unarmed person because they cling into a window? And go to deadly force precluding all lower levels of force? He could have gone hands on and arrested her. He could have used pepper spray, a taser or a baton.
The Capitol enjoys no special “deadly force authorized” zones simply because you entered. No congressfool is so protected that merely moving towards them justifies shooting.
