She was elected by State GOP party leaders who were in turn elected by Precinct Committee persons who are or can be everyday people. These are not the politicians but the underlying GOP structure of the GOP/RNC. We can and should become active at our local and state levels. While Trump fights from the top down, we should be working from the bottom up and from the inside out.
