they are just removing her from her #3 leadership position.
Keep in mind she was only a 2 term congress critter when she was elevated to the lofty position in the House leadership.
Makes you wonder why.
In listening to the early arguments, it dawned on me that Dominion could demand (under the table, of course) that only Democrat activists may be certified to inspect their machines.
A voterless ballot.
Erik Grill, Assistant Attorney General represented Benson in this Zoom meeting. His arguments, in addition to pounding the table, asserted that while the Michigan Constitution gives citizens of Michigan the right to have an audit of an election, he said that voters don’t have a right to demand one, and neither can a county. Only the Michigan Secretary of State can order an audit and only in a state wide election. Furthermore, the issue is moot because the election is over, the winners are in their new positions, blah, blah, blah. He ignored the facts and the report that the judge released that found that votes were changed by persons unknown thanks to security flaws in the software.
In other words, he tossed out legal process roadblocks on the table and essentially said that no one can do anything about it, including this judge and the courts. He is quite proud about the election fraud that the Democrats crafted.
That said, according to Pollster Rich Baris (the best in the business), the Democrats probably won Michigan without the cheating, but you can be certain that they are going to try it again in 2022.
