Attorney Matthew DePerno is back in court on Monday.
Attorney Matthew DePerno filed his latest finding in the Circuit Court for Antrim County on Friday.
According to DePerno, there were 1,061 “phantom” ballots found in Antrim County during the 2020 election.
Attorney DePerno also contends there was nearly 100% turnout between ages 65 and 80 in the county despite the threat of the coronavirus.
DePerno says 1,061 ballots are not in the state database and do not exist on voter rolls, meaning they are likely phantom ballots.

What kinda judge?
An American judge, or a Democrat judge?
You hit the main question - the judge.
Does the judge have family still alive? If so, then the case will be shut down. Just saying.
We had a Republican judge, until the brilliant pub legal team put one of the judge’s former externs on staff and included that lawyer’s name in a filing.
The pub judge had to recuse, and we got a dem judge instead.
By the way, the dem judge used to work for the firm leading the Dem legal team. Oddly, that judge has felt no need to recuse.
Were you referring to Arizona, or did the same thing happen in Michigan too?
The Soros Foundation spent its money well in Michigan...
I think he’s referring just to the Maricopa county situation that happened to the original republican judge.
Sorry, brain cramp. I have no idea what the story in Michigan is.
Sheesh! Haven’t we learned anything we know where the pendulum is going to swing towards. ....Right? Don’t hold your breath. The Democrats have been shopping for a judge and they found one.
Have they found nothing by now?
WTF Is Antrim County?
Small county (small by population) in Michigan.
A local issue was on the ballot is why the fraud there.
Michigan, one of the swing states.
So interesting to me that Michigan, per their contract with Dominion (see link below, page 127), had one eDevice CellGo (cellular 3G internet modem dongle, aee link below) per precinct.
Look, Jocelyn! They’re connected to the internet by a little thingy tucked inside a voting device.

In Michigan, there was a strongly Republican county where almost all Republican candidates lost 300 votes, and IIRC, about 5600 Trump votes went to Biden, and many other votes disappeared. This was discovered in the few days after the election when one candidate got fewer votes than he had voters in his household. The locals explained this on a failure to do an update.
An audit was performed, but by a relatively unknown group, which purports to have found, among other things, that all the logs from the day and a half after the election were erased from the voting server. They unfortunately also make some claims that are rather more agitating than they are illuminating, which some have latched onto to discredit everything.

In short, the audit needs to be verified or disproven, and a whole lot of stuff needs to be explained - and over half a year after the elections, not much has been.
