We had a Republican judge, until the brilliant pub legal team put one of the judge’s former externs on staff and included that lawyer’s name in a filing.
The pub judge had to recuse, and we got a dem judge instead.
By the way, the dem judge used to work for the firm leading the Dem legal team. Oddly, that judge has felt no need to recuse.
Sheesh! Haven’t we learned anything we know where the pendulum is going to swing towards. ....Right? Don’t hold your breath. The Democrats have been shopping for a judge and they found one.
