Then “No shoe, No shirt, No Service” can’t be enforced.

I believe businesses have the right to require a dress code. Even country clubs have had attire requirements, as has restaurants, and they’ve been upheld in court.

Actually, it cant be enforced.

For some time now.

But a lot of tins are illegal and people still do them.
