The individual who murdered Ashli Babbitt violated every item in the use of force policy. He did not issue a warning, he fired into a crowd and the unarmed Babbitt, 5’2” and 110 pounds, did not pose a threat. His identity must be concealed because the public can’t be allowed to see the Capitol police are hiring BLM extremist or possibly he is the one who left his service weapon in a restroom.
