Floyd had 3 times the fatal amount of fentanyl in his system.
I think Chauvin was guilty of negligence, but every officer there was more concerned about the gathering crowd than providing medical attention.

He had a Fentanyl overdose leading to lung edema. He had a heart attack trying to pump blood through this increased resistance.

The first line in your posting is a lie as his knee was on his shoulder for a significant period of those nine minutes as proven by a video.
Secondly, Chauvin DID NOT pull out his pistol while the “unarmed” Floyd was handcuffed on the ground and shoot him in the freakin head.

GF had been combative, refused to get in a car, couldn’t be controlled by 3 officers so they got control by laying him on the sidewalk. If you watched the video he was complaining of SOB from the drugs he took while he was sitting before he was restrained on the ground. The drugs caused pulmonary edema and his lungs were filled with fluid.
The officer’s knee was on his shoulder as proved by video in court. There was no evidence of asphyxiation or bruising at autopsy. There are plenty of times a cop is justified in killing an unarmed person if others are threatened and the person cannot be stopped another way.
It is not an all or nothing “cops can kill people at will or they can’t”. Stop letting the MSM generated anger run your brain.
George Floyd was in the process of dying from a Fentanyl overdose. He would have been dead in a few minutes in any case, no matter what the cop did or didn’t do.

Except it was revealed at trial, Chauvin wasn't kneeling on his neck (it was his back), and Floyd had enough drugs in him to kill him.
That was proven in the trial.

Chauvin did not kill him.
She wasn’t a drugged up 250 lb man who was resisting arrest with all his might.

In trial, it showed that Chauvin knelt on the criminal’s shoulder, not neck. If he had been on the neck the criminal would’ve gone to hell much more quickly than he did.

He was loaded with drugs, some of which result in “super-human” strength. That’s a problem for cops when trying to diffuse a situation — and potential lethal. Oh, and the drugs found in his rectum: Icing on the cake.
