If people would pay attention to the best way to plant. No seeds in the ground until the night temperature is consistently in the 50s. That has not happened in Michigan yet. They get impatient and plant too soon.

So many mid west gardens at risk. Millions of ‘em. We had a freeze here last night. Sun's coming up here and there's a hard frost on the grass. Farmers around here had only started (finally) prepping the land to plant, I wonder how many put seed down already and now have to re-seed?

My Midwest garden is sitting in pots still on the dining room table. Only the cold hardy stuff like peas and salad are in the ground.
I’m going to have to put the tomatoes and peppers in bigger pots. We can’t get a break.
