Geniuses like yourself should read what the law actually says not what they claim it says. There are holes in it big enough for a hurricane to float through them. Even Trump said it didn't go nearly far enough.
It seems that almost every time a state passes legislation to clean up the voting process (most notably photo ID), a liberal judge throws it out on constitutional grounds.
As always, liberals believe that minorities are too stupid and/or lazy to get ID.
So, it really doesn’t matter what the states do.
