What’s the hurry?
If a counting/tabulating fault can be demonstrated it will need to be demonstrated multiple times and nobodys testimony will ever be believed.
The hurry is they had only counted 100,000 ballots as of the 29th. They have ~2 million more to count by May 15th when the ballots are released back to the county.
The auditors are pullling a play out of the same playbook the Dems used to run the clock out on President Trump's efforts to stop the steal.
The legal system has a pace and that pace is difficult to accelerate and easy to stall.
No doubt the presiding judge would love to torpedo the audit and it's. certain he will do what he can in his power to shut down and sabotage the audit.
That will take several weeks to work it's way through the courts and by that the ballots will be totaled, the results will be in and the initial results released to the public.
The best the judge can do at that point is try to seal the results and shut down any follow up analysis or investigation .
Then it will be a fight in the court of pubic opinion and the judges orders will not be very significant.
The Dems are fully aware of this and you can see them shifting their effort from trying to win in legal court to trying to set the narrative, shape the message and win the battle in court of public opinion
Problem is, regardless of what they say or admit, at this point the vast majority of people are pretty sure the election was stolen, they just don't have outright proof or know all the details of how the steal was done.
It just comes down to whether you support the stolen election, you oppose it or you are sitting on the fence. The audit's purpose is to convince the fence sitters and motivate them to oppose the steal. .
