Early on Washington had two horses shot dead beneath him, two bullet holes in his coat and one in his hat - in one battle. An Indian Chief (fighting with the British) said later that their once trusty rifles were useless when aimed at Washington.
The winds that hindered the British and the rare fog that allowed our troops to escape Manhattan (or was it Staten Island).
All sorts of other things as well.
Of course God’s blessings are often based on what we do with them, and on how we keep his commands.
