And the original law makes sense. In mailings over a couple of years?

I’m not illegal and my first language is English but I would be confused. Did the envelopes look the same? At least the first letter should have explained that there were more to come. And it had to be time-sensitive...?

There are rules for every court matter and they are normally timely...If you want to file an appeal...you better know the “time” involved.

I thought the same thing, it sounded like the government was not acting in good faith in this particular case, and that cannot be accepted no matter whom is the defendent. As we’ve learned from very recent history we the people cannot allow the gov to break their own laws, the gov should be held to the highest standards and that is exactly what the courts are there to do, and the USSC ruled precisely as it should have in this case.
