The dump has been known for more than 40 years. Why is it now suddenly “news?”

Send it to Florida. We can use on the mosquitos here.

Haul it up, ship it to the east coast, and let’s push malaria back down to the tip of Florida.

I am beginning to wonder if the left is against mosquito control measures because such measures would prevent diseases that the left would like to use for more covidlike “crisis”-driven change.

“DDT is safe.”
Whenever us kids heard the DDT-spraying mosquito control plane flying low over the house, we’d run outside and stand under it. I must have been drenched with DDT at least 50 times.

DDT is easy to make. But chloral hydrate, one of the ingredients, is hard to come by because of its potential to be abused by drug addicts.

I remember the DDT truck well as a young child. The truck had a speaker-system, with a message telling us all to go inside and come out after 15 minutes.
I remember the trees would glisten like after a rain, and the laboratory smell in the air

We used to ride in the fog behind the trucks in Tampa. Say, you don’t think............

And most want to see the non-white populations reduced to nothing. Banning DDT impacts non-white populations the most.
