Joe Biden spoke to 200 people in an address to a joint session of Congress Wednesday night.
Biden’s speech is taking place later than most presidents in recent years because he is feeble and can’t handle a grueling schedule.
The Biden administration is using “coronavirus protocols” as their excuse to pare down the number of attendees to 200 despite the fact that Congress has had several hundred in the House Chamber earlier in the year.
Joe Biden dropped this gem Wednesday night as he spoke about competing against China in the 21st Century:
“We have to do more than build back better. We have to build back better.”

The duo proved to be a total disaster so far, but their "spouses" took the show last night. While other attendees bumped elbows more in line with social distancing practices, First Lady Jill Biden and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff shook hands and kissed through their masks Wednesday night at President Joe Biden’s Joint Address to Congress.
Biden introduced his wife and Emhoff as he started to give his speech when the two spouses flouted social distancing rules and kissed through their masks.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommended as of this month that alternate forms of greetings should take place instead of “handshakes, hugs, and kissing.”
The agency instead recommended that people bow or wave to each other.

Joe better keep an eye on Doctor Jill. She cheated on her last husband. Past behavior predicts future behavior. As for Kommie’s husband, he seems comfortable with Kommie’s past, so what’s he got to lose if he hits on Doctor Jill. Slow-Joe is oblivious to most things anyway.
