Be funny if Keith does wind up outliving Mick, Mick’s been a health freak since the 70s, and has taken good care of himself.
I remember this concert being broadcast live over FM radio nationally. Not the greatest stones concerts but even when the stones have an off night it is better than most anything else.
I saw them in the Kingdome in 1981. Greg Kin band opened up, then the J. Giles band, and finally the Stones.
Walking into the dome was surreal. There were several teams of paramedics outside working on people who had partied too hard and couldn’t even make it to the show and a 12 year old girl fell off the 300 level outside ledge.
A guy sitting in front of me was passed out during the first to shows and was puking all over himself. His girlfriend was so embarrassed and pissed. He finally came around with about 4 songs left for the Stones and the first thing he did was kiss his girlfriend.
Good times.
