1st, Disney’s Epstein Island manifest how far it went to promote wokeness & diversity, and now this.
As a Floridian, I haven’t set foot within 25 miles of Orlando in probably 20 years.
If you see racism or bigotry in “Song of the South” it’s because you’re looking for racism.
And if you’re looking for racism, you’re sure to find it everywhere.
If you want to have a good laugh, look up “Coal Black and the Sebben Dwarves”; it may be problematic for some but it is hilarious.
I think Disney should have a ghetto section with rides and animation so that the majority of the public can experience diversity in a compressed time frame..
That and that Little Rascals episode where they get the measles. Spanky, Alphalfa, etc all had black dots put on their faces, but the makeup artists had to put white dots on Buckwheat.
