BREAKING BIG: Arizona Democrats File Last Minute Suit in Maricopa County – Attempt to Stop Senate Audit of 2020 Election Results Again
Gateway Pundit ^ | 04/22/2021 | Joe Hoft

THE DEMOCRATS ARE TERRIFIED AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO STOP THE AUDIT OF THE ELECTION RESULTS IN MARICOPA COUNTY.

This really is no surprise. The Democrats and the RINOs on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) have done all they could to stop the audit of the 2020 Election results of Maricopa County. Tonight it is reported that the Democrat member on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Steve Gallardo is suing to stop the audit. KTAR.com is reporting:

The Arizona Democratic Party filed a lawsuit Thursday aimed at halting the state Senate audit of 2020 election results in Maricopa County.

The suit, brought forward by Maricopa County supervisor Steve Gallardo, alleges the audit is led by partisan contractors hired by the Republican-controlled Senate.

Gallardo, the lone Democrat on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, said he was also concerned about ballot security and confidentiality.

“The sole reason for this lawsuit and injunctions is to protect the sanctity of the ballots and more importantly to preserve voters’ privacy from a sham audit that has been corrupted by agitators and conspiracy theorists,” Gallardo said in a tweet.

“This corrupted process will not be transparent, dark money influencers have hand-picked the folks to observe and witness the ‘audit’ that will be conducted by an uncertified and unqualified group.”

The suit calls for a temporary restraining order to prevent the audit, which was scheduled to start after the 2.1 million ballots were carted to the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Thursday.

Of course, the creepy Gallardo waits until the last minute to file the suit. As we reported earlier the audit is ready to go right now:

Arizona Senate’s Audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election Results is Ready to Go – WATCH LIVE from Your iPhone or Home Computer

The Democrats and the RINOs in the state have done all they could to stop this audit. They sued the Senate before claiming they couldn’t audit their results because the law says they must keep the ballots sealed. This was overturned by a judge and the Senate changed the laws to address this issue as well allowing the Senate the ability to perform audits of election results across the state.

Next, the MCBOS said they could do an audit but only if the Board selected the auditors. They said they selected two audit firms because they had a certain designation but we found that they did not:

WE CAUGHT THEM: Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Lied – EAC Updated Website after Gateway Pundit Report Discovered Their Auditors Were Uncertified

They brought in the top Democrat lawyers last week to stop the audit:

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Hillary’s Attorney Marc Elias Inserts Himself Into the Arizona Senate Audit of Maricopa County – Is Using His Massive Network to Broaden His Attack – What Are They Hiding?

And now we see tonight that they are using an attorney who previously represented the Democrat Secretary of State, thus there are valid arguments that both the Soros backed Secretary of State and her attorney, Roopali Desai from the Phoenix law firm of Coppersmith Brockelman are conflicted and must recuse themselves from the case.

EXCLUSIVE: Arizona’s Soros-Backed Sec. of State, Katie Hobbs, Has Glaring Conflicts of Interest With Senate’s Maricopa Audit, She Must Immediately Recuse Herself

Here we go again. The Democrats and RINOs are scared – they are very scared.

In this case, if the end-result were 300-odd votes which were absolutely faulty...it probably wouldn’t be a big deal or worth discussing.

If however, this turns out to be in the 5,000 to 10,000 range of faulty votes (just in AZ)...all going to Biden, then it likely triggers a lot of talk.

With the amount of push-back, I would suggest the audit will be in the 10,000 range for problem ballots.

Nothing to see, 10,000 not enough to change the outcome. (ducking)

Perhaps more than 10,000 votes. IIRC Harry Truman was the last Democrat presidential candidate to carry Maricopa County. Its hard to imagine Biden honestly performing better than JFK, LBJ, and Obama.

And this is why they should have went ahead and Passed that Legislation to ARREST All Maricopa County Supervisors instead of believing them and dropping it.

AZ is the lynch pin. Then the other disputed states will follow. Once they all show Trump really won the state and the evidence is not coming from Trump or the military people will realize they were duped. Then Trump can be reinstated.

And probably an easier political environment to actually allow an investigation, which would never occur in Philly or Detroit or Atlanta or LV as they are corrupt beyond repair.

The conservatives (I hesitate to use the word “republicans” in this instance), are making a big mistake in giving up the fight to count ballots in their original location.

There is something in the building, or buildings, that the dims desperately want to keep hidden.

Whether it is another thermostat with wi-fi capabilities or something else, we need to find out what it is.

They had some guy on screen claiming that attempts to reach “voters” to find out if they voted was the same as voter intimidation.

The most common form of democrat voter fraud is voting the people who don't show up to vote. It's why large random samples of 'voters' need to be checked to see if they really voted.

In Florida in the old days if the race was 'close' ballot boxes in black precincts would be held back until the correct number was known to 'win'... then punch cards (of people who had not shown up to vote) were put in stacks, an ice pick was put over the chad spot and a hammer was used to knock out the chads... Primitive - but effective.

Marc Elias, one of the Clinton's long time dirt bag lawyers is also in on this. It suggests The Beast, who told JoeBlow not to concede on election night, is culpable.

Yes actually hope does spring eternal. Better than some miserable no hopers ready to submit. I have zero sympathy that happens to any who think that way.

Steve Gallardo is a Berniecrat, a term used for those democrats (generally) running for office who have expressed support of former presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.[1]

Background
Illegal immigration lawsuit
Press Conference: Wednesday, November 22, 2006, 11 AM. Location: Senate Lawn, 1700 W. Washington Phoenix 85007.

Contacts: Roberto Reveles (We Are America Coalition/Arizona); Marianne Gunko (Friendly House); Peter Schey, Esq. (Center for Human Rights & Constitutional Law and counsel in the lawsuit); Ray Velarde, Esq. (LULAC).

A coalition of organizations in Maricopa County, joined by several State Representatives and other Arizona taxpayers, and a group of immigrants facing felony charges for “conspiring” to have themselves transported through Maricopa County, today announced the filing of a federal class action lawsuit challenge to the controversial migrant conspiracy policy.

Plaintiffs in the lawsuit include We Are America/Somos America Coalition of Arizona, Arizona Hispanic Community Forum, League of United Latin American Citizens, Friendly House, Arizona State Representatives Kyrsten Sinema, Steve Gallardo, and Steve Lujan, Arizona State University Associate Professors Cecilia Menjivar and LaDawn Haglund, and six immigrants charged with felony conspiracy under the Maricopa County policy.

The lawsuit is brought as a class action on behalf of “all individuals stopped, detained, arrested, incarcerated, prosecuted, or penalized for conspiring to transport themselves” in Maricopa County.

Maricopa County is the only local government in the United States to initiate a program to charge all suspected undocumented migrants being transported through the county with felony crimes. To date, over 300 immigrants have been arrested, jailed, and charged under the policy. According to the lawsuit, most plead guilty in order to avoid lengthy stays in Maricopa‚s notoriously harsh jails.

In March 2006 Maricopa County started to arrest large numbers of suspected undocumented immigrants and charging them with conspiracy to transport themselves with the aid of a smuggler. County officials base their policy on a State anti-coyote law passed in 2005 that makes it a crime to smuggle undocumented immigrants for gain in Arizona. However, legislators who proposed and supported the state law, have publicly criticized the Maricopa County policy saying they never intended it to be used against migrants being smuggled.

Roberto Reveles, Executive Director of the We Are America Coalition of Arizona, issued the following statement: “The legality of the Maricopa County conspiracy policy should be ruled upon by the federal courts before more lives are destroyed, people needlessly jailed for months at a time, and tax-payers billed for a program that may be unconstitutional and has no measurable impact on the immigration crisis.”

Rosa Rosales, National President of LULAC, issued the following statement: “As the oldest and largest Hispanic civil rights organization in the country, we are appalled at the short-term political gains certain Maricopa County officials have sought to make by charging immigrants with serious felonies. The vast majority of these immigrants come to the United States to satisfy the demand for labor here and to join their families. They are hard working and in no way a threat to national security. Treating them like serious criminals is not only irrational, it is shameful and disgraceful.”

Peter Schey, President of the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law and counsel for the plaintiffs, also issued a statement on behalf of the plaintiffs.

Marianna Gonko, Immigration Director of Friendly House, a Phoenix non-profit serving low-income families, also issued a statement.

The plaintiffs are represented by the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law (Los Angeles), Perkins Coie Brown & Bain P.A (Phoenix), Ray Velarde, LULAC National Legal Advisor, Dan Ballecer (Phoenix), and Antonio Bustamante (Phoenix).[2]

You’re hoping for something that is impossible. Regardless of what happens in Arizona, or Georgia, or Pennsylvania, the very earliest Trump can be returned to office is January 20, 2025
