100% agree with you. Decent actor, but wouldn’t want him as my governor. I don’t know who will get my vote. I’m following Chad Prather, who I’ve followed for years. Spokesman, comedian, has a show on Blaze TV. Generally good guy. He’s thrown his hat in the ring. He has zero political experience, but I do like quite a bit of his messaging. Need to dig into it more.

As stated, I wouldn’t want him as my governor with his anti-gun stance. As an actor who has entertained me in the past and whom I’ve laughed at for his naked bongo playing, sure. I trust him as much as I trust Robert Francis O’Rourke...which is absolutely zero.
I really need to find my own private island and become my own benevolent dictator. I am happy telling myself what to do.

I’m not impressed with him as an actor much less him replacing our great Governor Abbott.
I COULD get behind Lt.Col West!! But, though Gov. Abbott has been criticized for one thing or the other, I think he’s been a darn good governor!

luv, Ive enjoyed his work over the years. He has played some difficult good roles(and some not so impressive). Running anti gun in Texas seems futile

He is an interesting character. He quit law school to stay in acting. There are some good interviews between him and Jordan Peterson that are worth watching if he runs. I’m not too sure his politics. But sadly, I don’t think it matters to Texas anymore. Demographics is destiny.
