After months of back-and-forth legal battles between Arizona's Republican-controlled state senate and the Maricopa County board of supervisors, the ballots in Arizona’s most populous county will be audited beginning on April 22.
Senate President Karen Fann signed a contract to lease the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix from April 19 to May 14 for the Legislature to house the 2.1 million ballots.
Though two previous audits of the county's election results did not turn up problems, the Senate nearly passed a resolution to jail the members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors as they fought the subpoenas in court.
Why all the fuss? Just allow the legal audit to be done, it will provide re-assurances that everything was done correctly........or was it?
Why is there even a battle?? Who has the authority anyway?
“NEARLY” is not good enough. Violations of election laws should carry jail time.
When all is above board, why is the resistance so high to auditing and verifying?
Between now and April 22, a lot of buggery can be done.
I’d have had those ballots under 24hr a day surveillance cameras, since the last vote was cast, election day!
Do not underestimate the power of a traitor to rig things!
Me thinks the counts will pretty much hold as is. Unless you audit the printing of mail in ballots, the mailing counts $$ paid and receiving mail in ballots counts $$ paid and then compare to the updates to the voter databases, you will probably find that the manufactured votes equal the votes counted. Some one may have run the same votes thru multiple times. And that might show some discrepancy.
Jail the corrupt officials anyway.
How can I get a hold of the recall petition?
How is it that a county election board can resist the state senate? Doesn’t the legislative body have control over the election process???
Oh it’s very hard to fake ballots ; and very easy to destroy them
The bottom line is that at some point people can go knock on doors and see if that person’s actually there and if they actually voted
Getting the actual real ballots is absolutely critical; and if you’ve seen Jovan Pulitzers methodologies and analyses, you would understand why
The fact that these election officials have fought tooth and nail to try to prevent anybody from seeing these ballots
and saying “oh we’ve already done three or four audits and they all turned out peachy keen now just go away”

I for one who have been calling this war since November 3 I’m very very excited for this first real battle to undo the fraudulent 2020 election
Until I know unless we undo the results of the fraudulent 2020 election we do not have America and we do not have elections- I don’t care if HR one passes or not

Nobody who doesn’t have something to hide fights nearly as hard as the Maricopa county board has to prevent somebody else from auditing them.
There is only one reason why any entity would be so bitterly opposed to have anybody else check them.
I'd be tempted to answer, if that wasn't a rhetorical question.
