You've been vaccinated. So what should you do with your vaccine card?
CBS NEWS ^ | APRIL 13, 2021 / 6:54 AM | MEGAN CERULLO

In the meantime, here's what experts say you should know about vaccination cards.

The first thing experts recommend once you've been vaccinated is taking a digital photograph of both sides of your personal record card. You can also scan the card and save the file on a laptop or desktop, said Megan Ranney, an emergency physician at Rhode Island Hospital and an associate professor at Brown University.

By contrast, you may want to print a copy of the photo of the vaccination card and store it in your wallet. While some experts advise against having the original card laminated, so that booster shots of vaccine can be added if that becomes necessary, others say that's OK because a more sophisticated record-keeping system is likely to be in place by then.

“It's safe and effective - because we never tested it to find out if it was dangerous! The US FINALLY begins study of allergic reactions from mRNA coronavirus vaccines, proving covid vaccine long-term safety studies have never been conducted
The U.S. will start a study focusing on the allergic reactions triggered by mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines.
The trial, conducted by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), will examine
if people with a history of allergies have a higher chance of experiencing reactions beyond the injection site.
It will also look at the biological mechanism behind the allergic reactions the vaccines purportedly trigger.”

Give it back to the people who issued it to you and tell them to use it as a suppository.

They are being honest for a change.

Wear it around your neck and post selfies to show how virtuous you are.

Why couldn’t they have made it the size of a credit card. It won’t fit in your billfold without folding it in half. Your government at work.

I just carry the card. I suppose it is a good idea to scan it. But I will not carry any kind of machine readable vaccine record unless it is also required to vote. Then I would submit to a card with QR code. But nothing wireless.

In Illinois, they must have had leftover over-sized yellow cards somewhere and decided to use those. At least the electronics worked for vaccine times; it could have been as bad as the obamacare web-site rollout.

They made it the wrong size on purpose. The fact that it’s so inconvenient to carry on your person is the reason they will give to “upgrade” to their new way of carrying it.

I’m fine with wireless probes, and implanting them up my butt. As long as they don’t vibrate. Too much. On Tuesday afternoons. When it rains. Except on occasion. Or if it plays a soothing song first. I have my principles and I won’t violate them.

The cards are not uniform. My card has a different name from my ID. My guess is when enough people are vaccinated, they will declare the whole shutdown unnecessary and Covid will just go away

I plan to put mine in a genuine imitation Nazi passport cover. Somebody did a meme with the swastika made with hypodermic needles. It should look great!

>>Take it to Krispy Kreme for a free donut.<<

Every day, from what I hear.

Except I have never seen a KK restaurant in my life. I have seen them in boxes at the supermarket. I never understood what was the big deal.

If you’ve never had a Krispy Kreme hot and fresh off the fryer, you owe it to yourself to try at least once.
