This may be a smarter way to criminalize censorship than trying to prove political bias. In this case, you only have to prove that the provider is not being open and clear about how it is manipulating their own services to the consumer.

Agreed. If they can show harm was done, then that would be the way to go. Course this may backfire and open up all kinds of ‘harm lawsuits” against conservative busin3sses by vindictive liberals, but it’s worth a try

You can also go after individuals in the company who violate the company’s rules. I think that suing the moderators who do these things is an excellent course to take. If these left wing shyts have to pay for their own defenses it’ll make the others think twice.

It’s not “corporations” who do anything. It is individuals hiding in the corporation. Go after them individually. Bankrupt and destroy them.
