The list does not include those shootings where no one will speak to police.
At least 20 of the mass shootings in 2019 were in Chicago, Illinois.
More than 140 mass shootings are unsolved largely because no one will give descriptions to the police.

Ironically, most police, who liberals and black people apparently dislike so much, do care. When Second City Cop was active, this was a constant lament. The police were and are in the front lines of watching lives ruined; they get zero help from citizens and government in seeing the perpetrators to justice.

Out of 78 pics I can easily see that 40 of the mass murderers are black.
Blacks make up 13.5% of our nations population so blacks are over represented by about 800% that we know of. More of the pics may be of blacks, I only counted those I was sure of.
