Even if the vaccine itself is not the mark of the beast, the system to force you to receive said mark is now in place. Many of you will comply willingly. This is obviously leading us to the part were you can’t buy or sell.
The Deaf and hard of hearing are BIG smartphone users.
I don’t have a smartphone, and don’t want one. I have an old flip-phone, but it stays turned off in my desk drawer except for limited, specific use. Anyone who really needs to get in touch with me can write a letter.

1) Power it off. Carry in an aluminum foil pouch. Power up only when needed. Use ‘dummy’ phone (no paid subscription) or Android tablet at Kroger via in-store Wi-Fi to use their app
2) Use “Cell2Jack” device and interface a cellphone at repeater site to a 2m or 440 MHz amateur repeater. Make, answer phone calls through 2m or 440 MHz HT ...
Good ideas. I kinda have to leave it on for emergency (for someone else).

AFAIK the only way to get TDD functionality is to have a landline phone; there isn’t a smartphone app for TDD.
I see a gigantic class action lawsuit in the making.

Alot of this all seems to require a cell phone to ‘get to the app’.
Many of us DO NOT have cell phones & have no reason or desire to have one.
Once the vaccine passports are in place, more mandatory vaccines will be added to the passports.
The Deaf use it because there are ways of signing live on it, whether facetime or zoom, or whatever.
Well had pay phones then, inside and outside many businesses, and in phone booths occasionally. Now, we do not.
