I think he used the younger models because they are the most likely to simply ‘click to ok’ and not read the Terms of Service.

It appears his point is the technology is allowing people to give away their freedom/free agency and they are not even realizing they are doing it. Oh...but they ‘clicked ok’ in order to access websites etc.

Ever get that little pop-up on a website about ‘cookies?’ Ever actually stop to read what you are allowing them to track? Most younger people don’t. They just click Ok.

It’s all good, right?

I agree completely. The tracking people are allowing by this is typically innane and mostly useless but is intrusive and disturbing especially with the current crop of phone apps that are constantly listening in and tracking your location without people realizing it. The Supreme Court refusing to dismiss the case against Facebook was interesting.
