the “entire problem” with Fed.gov...its too few people.

an ambitious organization-such as the CCP -only needs to control <5000 people nationwide to control the USA. Peanuts for an outfit like the CCP-which easily controls millions at home to stay on top of 1.2-1.3 billion Chinese.

original congressional apportionment (1:30000) as envisioned by the founders would provide 10000 congresscritters to day-meeting electronically from their home districts-out from under the K St lobby in downtown Washington DC

The few needed to control Fed.gov is why there is an oligarchy in the USA today
