Anybody who stays on Boulder longer than a week ends up shopping at King Soopers.
This perp. lived in Boulder. He knew it just as well as anybody.The groceries are decently priced and high quality, much of it Kosher.Every body shops there at one time or another throughout the month.
The shooter would not have cased the place, he would have known it like every one else in Boulder.
