If and when the Republicans retake power, the first thing they should do is expel every single democrat/leftist.

Draw the line my friends. They’re already playing hardball and this ain’t funny. The government can drop dead if the seat gets taken away. They’re phu-king with us at this point. Seeing if we’re chumps.

Now if I wanted to I could have just issued an EO and cancelled future Presidential elections. But that would have been unfair. Instead we decided to go through the process of stealing elections which is a lot more fair.

Right. Our pansy, pussified Republicans?
They would always let Democrats have their way. Been this way for decades now (since maybe Newt’s Contract with America)

They are all quite happy to be long-term losers, enjoy the Wash DC cocktail circuit, lap up their pensions, and take the cushy follow-on rain-making jobs at defense contractors. Eff all of them!

We know they won’t, they know they won’t, and the Democrats know they won’t. Until somebody on the Right is willing to use power, this will only get worse. If and when the Republicans retake the House, it take all of the pressure we can bring to keep them from sharing power with the Democrats.

“Now, if I wanted to be unfair, I wouldn’t have seated the Republican from Iowa. Because that was my right on the opening day. I would have just said, ‘You’re not seated.’ And that would have been my right as Speaker to do. Article 1 Section 5
Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members,
The Constitution says that ‘each house’ shall be the judge, not the Speaker. The Speaker is not the House.
I don’t know if or how the House rules deal with a contested election of a member, so perhaps the speaker is vested with such power by the rules. I as a member would not be comfortable with such a rule. I don’t think such a powerful office should have that much power over the individual members.
In my opinion it would take a vote of the whole House to declare the seat vacant or expel Miller-Meeks.
Also I don’t think that it should be the house that decides a contested election of a member, choses the winner.
If an election is that much in doubt. The election should be re-run. There is too much self interest at stake for the Speaker or the House majority.

I can see the House under Pelosi going that way.
No need for roll call votes anymore.
“The observation of the Chair is that the yahs have it.”
Every vote will go the Democrats way.
