I have known several people who worked at Microsoft and interacted with Gates or Allen. All who worked with Gates attested to his behavior issues (temper tantrums, very poor people skills, etc).
Paul Allen also had issues, but different. His lack of management skills was his liability.
Back in the day, Microsoft had a very good hiring process and was able to find good employees who were tolerant.
Should switch to eating 100 percent synthetic beef.
