As someone who has been through crippling back pain a couple times, it’s clear that Trump was in pretty severe pain during that walk, and was walking in such a manner as to manage that pain. Most folks who have “been there” will recognize it. But Trump had a job to do, and wasn’t about to shirk his duty. The General walking so closely with him was there for a reason. Joe’s excuse is “the wind”.
