That is the plan - we will be unable to travel and celebrate the 4th due to sky high gas prices.

When Obama became prez gas was at $1.87 and it was pretty near that same price when Bidan took over.

Like Chevron? XOM was recently having to borrow money to keep up its dividend; don’t know if that has improved recently.

I paid $4.17 the other day, but the station I go to is pricey, and I get the “plus” version of the gas. I go to the pricey place because it is very convenient and I drive very little, filling up about once every three-four weeks.

$1.98 to $2.85 in less than 2 months.

Over a year ago when our gas prices were under $2.00 our governor pushed a gas tax increase that put it back in the $2.15-2.25 range. We are at $2.99 now.

$4.00 would be a manageable stopping point.

For the wealthy, maybe, and the guy whose job is online from his home office. But not for the UBER driver, the delivery kid, the commuter who has to do five days a week in a distant location.

Xiden got it from Obama

“We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK. That’s not leadership. That’s not going to happen.”

Guess we Better go on a diet too

I actually saw a place with cash prices in the low four dollar range while credit was a dollar more. I’ve never seen such a jump before so I assume it was a mistake but the posted credit prices were well over five bucks.
