It's a fake quote -- yes there were plenty of fake quotes floating around even before the internet!
It sounds like nothing else Lincoln ever said, but very much like some early 20th century Republican or Democrat "Progressive" might say, and wish to put in Lincoln's mouth.

Think of Progressive trustbusters like Teddy Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson:

So where did Jack London get it from? How about the Calhoun quote? Is that wrong too?

The Calhoun quote appears to be genuine, but you think London made up the Lincoln quote?

In any case, Lincoln is greatly responsible for the rise of corporate fascism in the US government. The great railroad giveaway is but one example.

Teddy had to go after crony capitalists because the previous administrations had let them get entirely out of control.
