UPDATE: GAG ORDER! GA Judge Gives Conditional Access To Audit Fulton County Ballots…Wants No ‘Disinformation’ Released!

This story is developing and we will be adding more information on the hearing as the day progresses…

UPDATE – Observations from a legal mind – the judge today added terms to increase contention and disputes, to let sides work out details and not agree on little things, so they have to come back in court. Judge wanted a specific judge as ‘special master’. Bonnefor, (sp?) who is not available for 45 days, for no reason; he had 6 names from hearing participants. Attorney Ringer (Fulton County) objected to content of election fraud affidavits being disclosed, doesn’t want any of story to come out. Judge wanted operation plan, an obvious delay tactic, 7 biz days for each side and is slow walking. He also essentially imposed a gag order- findings will be released in a confidential way, only to parties of lawsuit, mentioned doesn’t want any disinformation to be released — we call that a gag order!

Another noteworthy exchange between the Judge and (plaintiff attorney) Cheely. The judge asked if Cheely had exhausted other means of discovery and why access to the ballots was needed. Cheely replied it’s similar to contract law, you have to have the original document, no copy is allowed, and you can’t just rely on testimony about it. In this case the ballots and metadata are the evidence that requires close examination, and that he would present witnesses to testify they saw ballots produced by a copier with no human markings. That’s when the judge shifted to requiring written plans explaining every step and identifying every person who would be participating, and having hearings on the plans, thus increasing time required and cost to get a ruling out of him.

UPDATE

From VoterGA page:

*** GREAT news…Judge Amero just ordered a “conditional grant” of the motion to unseal the Fulton County ballots. The only stipulation is the petitioners have to come up with a written plan (agreed to by the respondants) as to exactly how they will do the scanning, length of time, costs, manner and method, privacy protection issues addressed, names of all individuals involved, etc., etc. Petitioners written plan is due to court on March 24. Respondants response to plan due to court on April 5. Court hearing on plan on April 13. *** SCANNING OF BALLOTS TO START APRIL 26.

—————————————

A GA judge has given conditional approval for inspection of ballots in Fulton County from the Nov 3rd general election in a hearing this morning, pending the appointment of a ‘special master’ to oversee the process.

The hearing was delayed for an hour due to a ‘Webex glitch’.

Another hearing on the matter has been scheduled for April. The approval was given over the objections of attorneys from Fulton County, where massive election fraud was executed in November, much of it caught on video.

Plaintiffs argued that tens of thousands of the Fulton County ballots counted in November were counterfeit.

RE:To what end? Proving that fraud occurred is a long way from reassigning the 16 EC votes over to Trump

I am not so naive as to believe any proof of fraud, no matter how convincing will make Trump president.

However, getting at the truth of what happened is important if only for honest voters to learn how they were disenfranchised and how such fraud can be prevented in future.

Saying it’s too late because Biden is President is like saying the cause of a person’s death isn’t worth looking into because knowing the cause won’t bring the person back to life.

#13. There is a statute/law which makes the Archivist of the United States the “holder/protector” of specifically named types of federal documents. For example, NARA holds federal court case documents, many at the main Archives in DC (I’ve had legal access to them for a court case).

The Archives itself is one of many types of “federal repositories” for federal documents, as are NARA-directed Federal Records Centers (Holding facilities before documents are sent to the GSA for Indexing and then to NARA for permanent storage).

Again I’ve been deeply involved in stopping the govt from destroying old records which NOW have a Litigation value they may not have had decades or centuries ago. This also included thousands of boxes of military contracts and possibly historical records from WW2, etc.

The governing law is the “Federal Preservation Act” which specifically concerns legal documents, many, if not all Congressional documents (the Reds in Congress have been try9ng to destroy them for over 50 years, led by the deceased probable Communist Party USA member/definitely lifelong supporter and KGB contact, Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich), Rep. Bella Abzug (D-NY)(d), reportedly a cover CPUSA member along with her husband (d) and very likely KGB asset (re her connections to the KGB legal front, the International Association of Democratic Lawyers). Reported documents about her Party membership have not been found at the Archives despite govt intelligence researchers having told me that they saw them, and in specific files. I tried to have them found. No success and with the Archives being closed for years due t COVID and incompetency, I probably never will be able to search for them again. (Internal security people feel that they may have been destroyed on purpose, esp. with the late Conyers and Rep. Rodino (D-NJ with possible mob connection, who tried to have them sealed for 75 years (way beyond the legal law limit for sealing them) and Conyers tried to have them destroyed en toto (I was privy to internal Democrat Party plans for this to happen through congressmen involved in the attempts to save them - I was a reporter and later a congressional staffer with access to committee staff the normal reporter wouldn’t have).

Long but I hope this gives you some insight into the issue of “records preservation” in and by the federal government.

It reminds me of the window we had to get the entire KGB records, and we turned them down, as I recall.
