100% disabled doesn’t mean you’re physically unable to do anything. You can have multiple conditions like loss of a limb, hearing loss, ptsd, respiratory issues, and so on that add up to 100% using the VA’s funky math. Doesn’t mean you’re just a vegetable..
Or, something as simple as an active case of cancer will get you a temporary 100% rating until it’s healed. And you’re still able to do common housework.

It depends upon how you are disabled, related to what your military occupation was. If you can’t hold down a consistent job, such as from intermittent severe pain, or mental disorders from trauma, that also applies. Several lesser disabilities can add up to 100%.

Being 100% disabled does not mean you are a cripple uncapable of doing anything.
