On this week’s The Nation Speaks, critics are ringing alarm bells over the sweeping new federal powers contained in House Bill H.R. 1, or the “For the People Act.” The act has been passed by House Democrats; Senate Republicans say they will do everything they can to stop it.

HR1 is a bill that attempts federal usurpation into the states plenary authority over election laws/procedures/processes. HR1 on its face is an unconstitutional power grab against the states by the federal government... in form, substance and intention.
The state legislatures can ignore HR1, nullify it. Then kick EVERY federal agency, official and officer out on their ear.
The Dems are determined to start another States Rights conflict, aka, Civil War.
