So what does "charges" have to do with anything? They are filing "charges" against about 400 people in Washington DC on Jan 6, and they are trying to throw the book at them.

Your examples are accidents involving high speed crashes where the vehicle is suddenly stopped/crushed by meeting another vehicle or solid obstacle. I dont see how that is like this accident? The damage to Deal’s vehicle is not consistent with a sudden high speed crash, but a fiery explosion.
I would like to see the official or even the unofficial accident report in this suspiciously bizarre crash. Very little information was released officially, and the lead investigator is suddenly dead two weeks later. How convenient.
Witnesses report a large explosion that was heard as far as the Lowe’s parking lot almost a mile away!

Explain the physics of the accident in detail.
Apparently the engine block ended up 70 feet from the rest of the car.
Give me a mechanism for that which is consistent with the public explanation of the crash, and which has been seen and replicated in other car wrecks.
And nothing has been done about the mass murder of the country music concert fans in Vegas a few years back. Even the gun grabbers don't cite that incident.

I-16 is a divided highway. People travel on divided highway at HIGHWAY SPEEDS. Deal's vehicle ran into the back of a flat-bed truck carrying steel. Two other vehicles were involved, including another semi-trailer. This stretch of highway is notorious for high-speed accidents. Just yesterday on the same highway just down the road a dozen or so miles, there was another multi-vehicle fatal accident that involved a - wait for it - truck, cars and an EXPLOSION...

Your example is for a high impact crash. The unofficial public testimonies for the Deal Crash do not suggest this. Public witnesses statements have included a wrecker crew, who must have seen many kinds of accidents.
In Georgia (and many states), traffic accident reports are only available to interested parties, law enforcement, government agencies, or....

So, absent a civil or criminal trial where the traffic report is entered into evidence or an inquiry by a bona fide news agency using the report under the established guidelines, the traffic accident report will never be seen, publicly.
No one thinks this is a 'suspicious accident' other than people who are looking to find suspicious activity everywhere. Is the 4-car, fatal fiery accident on the same stretch of road yesterday also 'suspicious' to you? Where's that traffic report?

Please, post a link to a reputable news source that has an on-the-record interview with eyewitnesses and those eyewitnesses describe a 'low speed' collision. I'm interested to see how a collision on a divided highway with a 65-mph speed limit ISN'T going to be a high-speed crash.
In three of your cases, the car ran into a pole or a tree — meaning the engine compartment was significantly deformed by the crash...which would be the mechanism for severing the engine and/or its mounts from the chassis.
In the 4th case, the car was t-boned by another car, traveling at a high rate of speed.
Refresh my memory; was the Georgia car rear-ended?

What was the velocity relative to the thing it collided with?
E.g. if he were rear-ended, or rear-ended another vehicle, both the magnitude and direction, of each of their velocity vectors matters, a lot.
Earlier in the thread someone posted 4 accidents where the engine was ripped from the car. 3 of them involved a car at high speed hitting a pole or tree (stationary) and the last was a car getting t-boned at high speed.
If the Georgia case were the victim’s car rear-ending another vehicle moving down the roadway, or getting rear-ended at speed, then physics of the crash are quite different.
Harrison Deal’s car ran into the back end of a flat-bed truck carrying a load of steel. As I understand it, the collision was catastrophic, sending sections of the car into at least one other vehicle.
It wasn’t entirely clear at the time initial reports came out if Deal’s car had struck/swiped another car before hitting the truck or what the speed differential was between Deal’s car and the truck. There were a total of four vehicles involved with a number of very serious injuries reported.
Like many other other fatal accident, subsequent reporting just isn’t available because the media doesn’t care about it beyond the ‘if it bleeds, it leads’ aspect of the initial fatality. As I said to the other commenter, absent someone being arrested and tried for vehicular manslaughter (which seems unlikely as it was Deal who was probably the guilty party) or a civil suit, further reporting will likely not be done. The media just doesn’t care...exactly like how further reporting won’t be done on the fatal accident on the same road a couple days ago.
