The difficult part is determine if they are engaged in rebellion or insurrection. Under 11.2 in the laws of the DOD. It says, "the (military) Court must examine whether there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that the said authority was in fact established and exercised by the intervening State in the areas in question"

If you said this on talk radio, the big bad brave hosts who like to say they know Trump, or who even worked for trump before they were fired (and didn't even "fight" for their own job) will stop you right there and ask you if you really mean "fight", as in shoot or punch and riot like the left is allowed to do, and you will say "No, of course not", and in 2-3 years, when we are kneeling down in front of the ditch, where our neighbors already lay, with holes in their heads, we will still hear people lined up next to us saying "no, not yet. We don't want to sink to their level."

Do you really think it's possible to go any other way? There is nothing in common between patriotic Americans who believe in individual liberty and limited government and the communist other half who call themselves democrats. There is no reasoning with people who think they are superior and want to run every aspect of your life. You either separate and respect each others borders or kill each other fighting. There is no getting along.
Guess I’m tired. I had to mask myself to vote. I don’t recognize our country anymore. I did it to fulfill my civic duty in November then in our runoff. Didn’t matter because we voted on Dominion machines both times.

Why do people say this? War is the last think these commies want. They know the truth and that is they are heavily outnumbered. They are afraid of the people as this population is the most heavily armed society in all of human history.

I think they have the idea they are going to literally go door to door and take peoples guns. They have been sitting naked in the basement smearing peanut butter all over themselves dreaming of that day.

Well I don’t think President Trump or the military plans to allow a communist takeover of the USA. They couldn’t very well step in and stop this nonsense until all constitutional processes had been exhausted. That has now happened.
The deep state has pretty much run out of options at this point. Nobody is interested in going back to 2012. The wheels are falling off the Biden bus. At this point I think most people will be relieved to see the military step in and restore order and a legitimate civilian govt. I expect to see that happen very soon.
Ok, but President Trump is not our President anymore. Biden is our President and CIC. I hate it but it is fact and truth. The deep state denied Trump his second term. Never would I have thought this could happen in America but it has and did.
