Every President since Jimmy Carter has given a state of the union address to a joint session of Congress by the end of February following his election or re-election. Except for Dementia Joe Biden.
The only way that Dementia Joe will ever give a live address to Congress is if he can have a teleprompter and spend at least a week beforehand doing nothing but practicing and napping.
It is surreal seeing that practically every time Bella makes a short public appearance either Jill Or Harris is Visibly nearby watching him.
