My personal opinion is that if they were trying to do that, they could have easily made the pattern actually match the rune. As it is, it only looks similar at one angle and even then only if you ignore some parts of the stage if you already have the rune layout in your head.
If this stage is a permanent structure at this hotel, then it is simply a coincidence.
If it was designed to look like a NAZI symbol, and was designed intentionally to resemble a NAZI symbol, then it was more likely the work of a Leftist than a Righty.
