Democrats Caught Trying To Sneak $1 BILLION For “Racial Justice” In The Farming Section Of COVID Relief Bill
enVolve ^

Posted on 03/01/2021 11:30:36 AM PST by A.M. Smith

It should be clear by now that the COVID relief package is little more than a gigantic giveaway to special interests that are loyal to the Democrats and bailouts for mismanaged blue states.

The House approved their version of the bill in the early hours of Saturday morning, cynically choosing to keep it out of sight of the American people and to hide Republican opposition to what will be a budget-busting boondoggle of epic proportions.

With the bill now headed for the Senate, much of the contents will be ignored by the media or cloaked in the guise of ‘racial justice’.

One of these is the use of $1 billion in taxpayer money for the advancement of ‘racial justice’ in farming, a scam that is championed by failed presidential candidate Cory “Spartacus” Booker.

Politicians who add anything to a stimulus bill not directly related to the “pandemic” are the same as those who loot during natural disasters.

Bill Gates is the single largest owner of farmland in America.

Will they want to confiscate white owned farms like their heroes in Zimbabwe?

I have every bit of confidence there’s a booty load of pork in this bill helping out political donors.

Yes and if this passes, the money will go to blacks to buy up farms. Does anyone remember how that worked out in South Africa?

They are buying votes from a portion of the population. The portion that would rather not work, but instead take money from the government (working people.)

They are addicted to the money. This is no solution to the problem.

Partner, I see a cattle trough and I see Democrats and Republicans feeding off the "Gravy Train Trough".

Major reason why so many Americans are sick and tired of D.C.

Thank you for referencing that article A.M. Smith. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"One of these is the use of $1 billion in taxpayer money for the advancement of ‘racial justice’ in farming, a scam that is championed by failed presidential candidate Cory “Spartacus” Booker."

Unconstitutional federal government overreach, especially unconstitutional federal domestic spending, is typical of our very corrupt, post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification, Democratic and RINO-controlled Congress.

About the $1 Billion in unconstitutional (imo) federal spending, please consider the following. Regardless of the Supreme Court’s scandalous (imo) interpretation of the scope of Congress’s Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3) in Wickard v. Filburn, it remains that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to regulate either INTRAstate agriculture, or race discrimination outside the scope of voting rights issues. This is evidenced by the writings of Justice Joseph Story and the 15th Amendment.

Consider that the elite Democratic, election stealing pirates running Congress steal most “federal government” funding by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

In other words, most federal domestic spending is base on "federal" taxes that are arguably state revenues that should never have left the states in the first place.

The main reason that patriots are now being oppressed under the boots of unconstitutionally big federal government is this imo.

Regardless that the last of state sovereignty-respecting majority Supreme Court justices had clarified the fed's constitutionally limited powers in United States v. Butler, using inappropriate words like “concept" and “implied,” FDR’s state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices later scandalously initiated the politically correct repeal of the 10th Amendment (10A) in Wickard v. Filburn (Wickard).

And since the time of Wickard, generations of misguided voters have unthinkingly abused their 17th Amendment voting power to not only finish off 10A, but have also effectively nullified the Constitution’s Article V amendment process.

Voters have done so by electing corrupt senators who promise constitutionally indefensible federal spending programs to get themselves elected by us low-information deplorables, regardless what the states that they're supposed to be protecting from federal government overreach want.

But more specifically, what's happening is this. Clueless local and state government leaders who unthinkingly beg corrupt Congress for funding for state programs evidently don't understand the following.

The "federal" funding that state leaders regularly beg Congress for is arguably state revenues that the feds have stolen from the states by means of unconstitutional federal taxes, again, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its limited constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

The remedy for this unconstitutional mayhem…

Patriots need to wake their local and state lawmakers up to the fed's constitutionally limited powers and put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes.

After unconstitutional "federal" taxes are stopped, the states will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues that they arguably won't know what to do with imo.

And to make such changes permanent, the states need to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments yesterday.

Dems are pleased they own the press... otherwise they wouldn't be able to eff over the American people like they do.

Must be nice when your cities are corrupt and your bosses line their pockets with Chinese money.. then to have the bimbos and pretentious men of the forth estate back you up... Yep. You can get this kind of 'covid relief' right through Congress ...
