Joe and Jill Biden visited Houston yesterday as Texas recovers from last week's severe winter storms.
The storm gripped Texas for nearly a week and left an estimated 4 million utility customers without electricity for hours, and sometimes days, at a time. And as a byproduct of the power loss, about half the state's residents, upward of 15 million, either were without water or had to boil water before drinking it.
Biden was a little late with his tour of the frozen state as Texas weather is much better and Texans are heading for a recovery.
But what was the biggest "highlight" of the Texas visit was once again Biden's blunders
If you do a live Twitter search for the word “stutter,” you will as of this writing see that word being tweeted multiple times per minute on the social media platform as Democrats scramble to defend Biden from people who are accurately highlighting the indisputable fact that the former vice president is showing signs of cognitive decline. In my interactions with Biden supporters over the last 24 hours I’ve had this irrelevant word suddenly start getting thrown at me, because narrative managers in the mainstream media and the Biden team have been aggressively promoting the talking point that Biden’s increasingly frequent neurological misfirings are actually the result of a longstanding speech impediment.
Yesterday Joe was confused and lost and even admitted it during his brief speech.
JOE BIDEN: LIZZIE PANILLI, UH, EXCUSE ME, PANNILL, AND UH, WHAT AM I DOING HERE? I’M GOING TO LOSE TRACK HERE. AND, UH… MAYOR TURNER… MY FAMILY SPENT A LOT OF TIME HERE IN HOUSTON BY THE WAY. AND, UH, HEY JOHN EDDY, HOW ARE YOU BUDDY I DIDN’T SEE YOU THERE?… I COULD BE KNOWN FOR AS PRESIDENT. I WOULD BE THE END, THE PRESIDENT WHO END DURING HIS ERA ENDED CANCER AS WE KNOW IT. (COUGH)

While it is true that Biden has periodically exhibited signs of a stutter, the inability to hold on to his own train of thought, forgetting where he is and who he’s with, grossly incorrect use of language, and inappropriate behavior are not symptoms of a stutter.
Here is the Mayo Clinic’s list of symptoms for a stutter, also known as a stammer:
Difficulty starting a word, phrase or sentence Prolonging a word or sounds within a word Repetition of a sound, syllable or word Brief silence for certain syllables or words, or pauses within a word (broken word) Addition of extra words such as “um” if difficulty moving to the next word is anticipated Excess tension, tightness, or movement of the face or upper body to produce a word Anxiety about talking Limited ability to effectively communicate
Here is the Mayo Clinic’s list of dementia symptoms:
Memory loss, which is usually noticed by a spouse or someone else Difficulty communicating or finding words Difficulty with visual and spatial abilities, such as getting lost while driving Difficulty reasoning or problem-solving Difficulty handling complex tasks Difficulty with planning and organizing Difficulty with coordination and motor functions Confusion and disorientation
Clearly, the symptoms of the speech impediment are very distinct from the symptoms of a degenerative neurological disorder.

The reasons you stated are why I believe a new party is our only chance. We need a party that exhibits the courage and feistiness of Donald Trump. We need fighters and people with resolve to achieve what its voters want. The GOP will never be that party.
The media called into question Ronald Reagan’s mental acuity every time he so much as used a single incorrect word. They are enablers for a clearly demented Biden, and are just waiting for the signal from the cabal to “suddenly” declare that Biden’s mind is gone and that he needs to be replaced by 1% Harris. We will be subjected to weeks of “poor Joe” coverage as the media turns him into a martyr and mourns the loss of the man who was America’s most lived President, who smashed the vote totals of the sainted Obama. The stories are already written.

It is painfully obvious that Joe has dementia and I can see why some Democrats are nervous with Joe’s finger on the nuclear button.
Back in 2009 I was walking along a White House area sidewalk around noon time when the police shut down all the traffic, vehicles and pedestrians.
After about 5 minutes, a convoy of black Suburbans came rolling out the driveway, one of them had Biden waving thru a dark tinted window.
A guy in a thousand dollar suit turned to me and said “If Joe didn’t have a chauffeur, he couldn’t find his way home for lunch”.
True story.

Yep, his basic instincts will at some point show through the facade that he is putting up, and it will happen in a very public way. Just a matter of time.
This is actually a form of aphasia, which is a symptom of Alzheimer’s or other dementia. It’s progressive, so it will only get worse. And he’s moving pretty fast.
He needs to be out of there, and the fact that even Dems are asking that somebody else hold the nuclear codes and a panel of three authorize their use shows that they’re also worried about this.
Notwithstanding the hypocrisy of the democrats who would excoriate President Trump had he said anything like that in public. I heard it in context and Xiden was expressing frustration at his inability to complete his thought. The inference here in this thread is that he had forgotten that he was in texas or that he’d forgotten he was giving a speech at all. That’s not the case. He’d lost his train of thought and expressed his frustration about it. Not that it’s any better but it’s a matter of degrees that you need to prepare in case you want to confront a stupid fascist with this incident.
Now with that in mind it’s okay to say anything you like about it. I’d say the man is still riddled with dementia and is likely barely continent. What is that man doing in the whitehouse he should be enjoying his final years sniffing his grandchildrens hair and abusing them with his hairy legs.
