Joe and Jill Biden visited Houston yesterday as Texas recovers from last week's severe winter storms.
The storm gripped Texas for nearly a week and left an estimated 4 million utility customers without electricity for hours, and sometimes days, at a time. And as a byproduct of the power loss, about half the state's residents, upward of 15 million, either were without water or had to boil water before drinking it.
Biden was a little late with his tour of the frozen state as Texas weather is much better and Texans are heading for a recovery.
But what was the biggest "highlight" of the Texas visit was once again Biden's blunders
If you do a live Twitter search for the word “stutter,” you will as of this writing see that word being tweeted multiple times per minute on the social media platform as Democrats scramble to defend Biden from people who are accurately highlighting the indisputable fact that the former vice president is showing signs of cognitive decline. In my interactions with Biden supporters over the last 24 hours I’ve had this irrelevant word suddenly start getting thrown at me, because narrative managers in the mainstream media and the Biden team have been aggressively promoting the talking point that Biden’s increasingly frequent neurological misfirings are actually the result of a longstanding speech impediment.
Yesterday Joe was confused and lost and even admitted it during his brief speech.
JOE BIDEN: LIZZIE PANILLI, UH, EXCUSE ME, PANNILL, AND UH, WHAT AM I DOING HERE? I’M GOING TO LOSE TRACK HERE. AND, UH… MAYOR TURNER… MY FAMILY SPENT A LOT OF TIME HERE IN HOUSTON BY THE WAY. AND, UH, HEY JOHN EDDY, HOW ARE YOU BUDDY I DIDN’T SEE YOU THERE?… I COULD BE KNOWN FOR AS PRESIDENT. I WOULD BE THE END, THE PRESIDENT WHO END DURING HIS ERA ENDED CANCER AS WE KNOW IT. (COUGH)

While it is true that Biden has periodically exhibited signs of a stutter, the inability to hold on to his own train of thought, forgetting where he is and who he’s with, grossly incorrect use of language, and inappropriate behavior are not symptoms of a stutter.
Here is the Mayo Clinic’s list of symptoms for a stutter, also known as a stammer:
Difficulty starting a word, phrase or sentence Prolonging a word or sounds within a word Repetition of a sound, syllable or word Brief silence for certain syllables or words, or pauses within a word (broken word) Addition of extra words such as “um” if difficulty moving to the next word is anticipated Excess tension, tightness, or movement of the face or upper body to produce a word Anxiety about talking Limited ability to effectively communicate
Here is the Mayo Clinic’s list of dementia symptoms:

Clearly, the symptoms of the speech impediment are very distinct from the symptoms of a degenerative neurological disorder.

Those would be two of my top guesses except that Kamala will want to stay top dog once she gets there. Hillary would likely have her killed and Moochie would bring Barry and his advisers with her all of whom would want to be running the show. All kidding aside I would expect a lower tier commie to get the nod... probably someone from California. Someone like Shirley Weber.
I saw a video of Biden giving a speech from only 10 years ago and holy cow, what a difference. His former secretary who said Joe lost about 50% of his mental ability wasn’t exaggerating in the least
One thing I noticed during his last, as well as this tv appearance: he stumbles after making an emphatic gesture, or when he tries to reinforce and project his voice— the sort of things speech coaches tell you to do.
He’s trying to attend to two different things. He’s giving two different speeches at the same time, a verbal speech and a non-verbal pantomime. I know I’d screw that up without doing a full week of two-hour rehearsals, and I don’t think I’m overly demented yet.
You could tell Obama had rehearsed extensively for his big harangues, he’d sort of disappear 3 days or so prior to the big event and I think he was woodshedding for the event. It was the drama of Obama.
Biden never did much formal speechifying; his thing has always been back-slapping (stabbing), sniffing, and arm twisting.
Now it's just "plotting".
Of course, the liberal media once again hid this from their audience.

At first I thought his behavior was funny, now it’s sad and scary.
I admire the Dems in one respect: they define what they want and they fight relentlessly for it. “Our party” is a bunch of clueless, weak appeasers who never fight for anything.
Unless we form a new party that actually stands for something we have no chance of ever reversing this country’s tragic decline.
We are trying to fight the strong with the weak. That never works. Strength always wins.
Anyone who questions the fitness of President Biden is committing reason.
