If you run out of bacon grease, Costco had it last time I was there.
Not having Cowboy Kent handy, unless I chef the part,
we’ve been trying to keep the local Mel’s Diner open.
They make decent BLTs, BLATs and BLETs
I’m a fan of a good Bacon, Lettuce, Egg and Tomato sandwich, myself.
I was a fire watch towerman many many years ago. We started a
pot at the beginning the fire season. We just added grounds and water -——— if you were on night watch you never closed your eyes after a cup or two! :>)
Thanks for the info. I’ll check the next time I shop there.
I have an avocado plant. It’s been a year. It looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree.
Both
Really? Before ours met their fate by being used as litter boxes, she had cultivated two big, beautiful trees. We had to move them to 16” pots because they grew so fast. They did have a sunny spot in our living room, and got a lot of sun all year. She germinated them by letting the pits briefly dry on the kitchen windowsill, then suspended them halfway into a water-filled juice glass with toothpicks as braces. That reminds me, I really should get her a bag of them tomorrow. The one drawback to that is, avocados aren’t considered ‘true seed’ and may not produce any fruit. Or if they do, it’s 50/50 that the fruit is as good as from the avocado it came from. I’ve learned that getting an avocado graft is the best way, and it’ll generally produce fruit about 3x faster. But, no worries, the tree itself is attractive and makes for a nice house/patio plant.
Who is Bob Ross?
I mostly save my bacon drippings, small metal strainer, large tuna can.
It is good coffee. Watch the video .
There is a technique.
Great cowboy coffee at the Cowboy Church near Saladin ,Tx.
You have committed the second greatest sin.
Denying bacon as the world’s most holy meat world be the first.

Lol
Fwi, Bob Ross was a drill instructor turned soft spoken painter.
He said he yelled enough early on life, he spent his remaining years EXUDING calm.
For me he represents the idea of serenity...
A BLAT!
They are good!
He was a really cool dude that painted. Had a series on PBS that I grew up watching in the 80’s and has now gained a following of people that are a hell of a lot younger than me.
If you watch tv, be on the look out for a new Mountain Dew commercial featuring him using a model and CGI. I liked it.
Salt. I grab one, make a circular cut around the top to bottom, split, pop out seed, salt, then eat with a spoon from each half. Instant healthy snack.
I enjoyed watching that, now my mouth is watering. Nice change up on the traditional BLT sandwich. And I liked his little happy feet moves at the end!
I loe Kent Rollins videos. He always has his dogs taste testing his creations.
Cowboy Kent is awesome!
