Poor to nonexistent mate-selection skills and reproductive choices.
All of these lead to what is colloquially known as “lowered IQ”.
Because of generous cash, health and housing support, for at least the last 70 or 80 years (and likely for some time before then) women with lower IQs have been encouraged by the government to have bigger than average families. These supported-by-the-taxpayer babies (largely “fathered” by equally low IQ males) have become an increasingly larger percent of each subsequent American generation resulting in declining average IQs.
12 years of schooling and they come out scared, believing America sucks and wondering which bathroom to use.

Read a good article about how the web has changed how tasks are undertaken in the internet age.
We no longer invent a new way to accomplish something, we simply check online and select the best way we find on ‘youtube’.
People may improve what they find online but gone are the days when hundreds of inventors try ‘building a better mousetrap’.
Today those ‘better mousetraps’ are never even imagined...we just use someone elses ideas instead of creating new ones.
Long term this new reality will not benefit humanity as a whole.
A.I. has really enabled survival without intelligence.
What could possibly go wrong?
