Actually, that is NOT what surprises me. They would stoop to ACTUALLY KILLING people.
So why did they pretend with Babbitt? Why did they not kill many more innocent bystanders? Killing has never seemed to bother them before. Killing multiple bystanders would have given them an even more dramatic scenario. So what restrained them? Too many witnesses? Something else?
I can offer only some opinions, of course, why they (and I unspecifically mean 44) would stop short of killing in this situation.
The GHWB cabal had no qualms whatsoever killing people. I believe 44 has used lethal activity, but sparingly.
After Barry put off visiting Madelyn Dunham for weeks, Zhwalla! Within day or two of his visit, the day before the election, plop, she dies. I think Barry needed her not to be interviewed by denizens of the press. Her feistiness and no-need-to-lie could have blown Barry's false narrative at many points, had she lived.
I believe Butterdezillion's husband is also in that category.
In the Capitol hallway, I think they had to flood the zone with trustworthy (paid) actors. The shooter just like the rest, were probably given assurances no one would be doxxed. (Note how so many Trump supporters outside that space (outside the "murder zone") were doxxed, charged and/or punished!
44 knows he could be found out if his trust goes out to too many others. He's a coward. He wants to spend his looted billions, not spend his waning days in Gitmo or contemplating a Saddamn-like walk to the gallows.
I expect that if we could know, the Antifa/BLM types and Capitol Hill employees in that area were under the Clown Agency non-official cover.
Ironically, if Barry weren't so cowardly, and as you say, actually killed a number of people with blood and dragged hands down the wall, McConnell, Burr, Horseface and Mittens could probably have found a Senate super-majority to vote against PDJT and get their bill of attainder.
Barry's advisers probably told him that would be a governmental Constitutional nightmare that would ultimately reflect badly on all the Dems, once their conspiracy were revealed.
So, Barry settled for giving PDJT, Trump supporters and Conservatives an indelible black eye, to be followed up with authoritarian "Biden" EO's and initiatives.
