I guess the interviews with the grieving husband, girlfriend, grandfather and uncle aren’t compelling enough for you.

So, if you’re a member of the immediate family, you can apply for one - in person - at the DCVRD. Otherwise, you have to wait 75-years because that’s when they become public record in the District of Columbia...
