I skip every day of MSM indoctrination. For more than 30 years at least.
The cop had finally caught on he was set up. This guy knew the law and turned the tables on him. Even the cop thought it was funny after a minute or so. The cop initially had a difficult time processing what was going on but finally figured it out. I have lots of respect for good cops and this was flat out funny regardless of the authors possible motives here.
C’mon man! This was like old time Candid Camera. Even the cop laughed once he figured out he been had.
Taking pictures of policemen’s private vehicles and skulking around their parking lot is a good way to get arrested !
Indeed, and we all really respect people who's answer to questions is violence. Way to go.
Just another example of the sort of trash that I had to put up with in LE.
ha ha ha. Call this scumbag the next time somebody steals your stuff, wrecks your car.... That’s the precise reason I got out of LE. When you risk your life on a daily basis, you eventually come to a fork in the road. Are these people worth your life, or not. I came to the natural conclusion that they were most certainly NOT! Take out your own trash!
If ya signed up for law enforcement assuming you’d be dealing wonderful pleasant people in a relaxing atmosphere, your assumption was wrong.
So it’s just fine for the cop to ask these EXACT questions, make these EXACT statements and insinuations, hold any random member of the public from their personal business for “investigative reason”, but a member of the public is a jerk for asking the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS, in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY?
Turnabout is fair play, and this guy played that police officer beautifully.
I especially loved it when the detective realized he was NOT going to intimidate this guy, and still tried to with that last “dirty look”. Give it up, princess.
I stopped a guy one time... there were several minor violations of the vehicle code. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t care. However, the vehicle AND driver matched the description of a Burglar all LEOS in an extended area were looking for. So... I stopped him. Turns out it wasn’t the guy, so I gave him a “verbal warning” for the violations of the law. I left there and went to turn in my reports at the station. While I’m finalizing my reports and turn them in... this guy I had stopped comes in to the station and demands to see someone in charge. Shortly thereafter, my supervisor brought the fellow into the room and asked me “did you just give this guy warnings?” I responded, “Yes sir”. My supervisor told the man to sit down and then told me to write him the tickets. I did, and he had to pay for them. I didn’t screw him, he screwed himself. THAT IS JUST A TASTE OF WHAT BEING A COP IS LIKE! Oh, yeah... it’s just fun and giggles. I’ve put up with more crap than I care to even talk about.
Nobody forced you to become a cop, you CHOSE that job. Your career as a cop doesn’t even make the top 20 dangerous jobs. I personally have worked in 4 of the top ten, and there are posters on this board who have worked far more of the 20 most dangerous than I.
Peace officers and followers of the Constitution, I respect. Jackbooted bullies and revenue enhancement badge wearing thugs, not so much.
I NEVER said that anybody forced me... The reason I left it was concluding that risking my life wasn’t worth it for people like you. You just aren’t worth me dying for or taking out your human garbage. I was a “peace officer”. You may or may not understand the legal connotation. I ALWAYS obeyed the constitution! If you have SPECIFIC allegations to make against me, DO SO! Otherwise you’re no better than the blm/antifa crowd hurling unfounded accusations. By the way, I never expected “thanks” from the likes of you or anybody else! It was just a crappy job working for crappy people, all for people with crappy attitudes like you. That is NOTHING new to ME! If you want to accuse me of something, don’t be so “vague” about it!!! Sure as hades wouldn’t be the first time I was accused of something that I hadn’t done. Your kind is good at accusations. You don’t even know me, you weren’t even there... yet you accuse me of things I have not done. I’m used to your kind.
I have no doubt / would not be surprised if, e.g., working as a high-wire artist "under the Bigtop," blasting burning oil wells à la Red Adair, or being an astronaut and riding the Space Shuttle were more dangerous occupations than being a Law Enforcement Officer, but...
For me, having criminals (potentially) shooting at you as you are trying to rescue someone / save lives... There is (morally and emotionally) nothing comparable to that (except maybe being a soldier).

NO! I knew before I went to the academy that I would be dealing with people just like you, and many others. You don’t surprise me one little BIT.
I think that we need to focus on the steak and not the peas here. This is NOT about asking a question. This is about being a provocative jerk. Why is it that some people here are saying “oh its just asking a question” when they know thats not at all what is going on. The guy with the camera knows it. The cop knows it. All of you here know it too. But some of you...I got to think....would do the same thing as this guy knowing that you’re baiting the cop and then argue that its just normal conversation. WTH is wrong with some people?
Sounds like both these guys had a little too much time on their hands than to ignore each other.
Whatever dude. I thought it was absolutely hilarious. One of the funniest things I’ve seen on youtube in ages.
What I find most interesting about the comments is that apparently some think that a violent response to a verbal provocation is appropriate.
The best part of the vid IMO was when the cop said, “You’ve got 5 minutes to get off this property.” The response, “Or what?” was absolutely classic.
Well yes.
It is just fine for an officer to perform his job.
And it was correct to be suspicious of a creep skulking about around officers personal cars.
I was impressed that the detective did not arrest the man on the spot.
